These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website www.spanishschool.sg (“Website”) owned and operated by Spanish Language School [53467823L] (“Spanish Language School”), a division of Language Education Center Pte. Ltd. 202004838R. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Website.
   
2. Modifications
   Spanish Language School reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

5. Refunds
   (a) Refunds will only be provided in the event that Spanish Language School is unable to organize the course you have registered for.
   (b) To request a refund, you must contact Spanish Language School within a reasonable time frame after the cancellation of the course. Refund requests should be made in writing, providing details of the course and the reason for the refund request.
   (c) Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Spanish Language School.
   (d) Spanish Language School reserves the right to withhold a processing fee or deduct any applicable charges from the refunded amount.
   (e) Refunds are subject to Spanish Language School’s refund policy, which may be provided separately or made available on the Website.
   
6. Limitation of Liability
   (a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spanish Language School and LEC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Website or any content or services provided on the Website.
   (b) Spanish Language School and LEC do not warrant that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
   
7. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spanish Language School, LEC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
   
9. Severability
   If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   
10. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Spanish Language School regarding the use of the Website and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Spanish Language School.
